A few years ago, a wonderful yoga teacher told my class that the most important thing was "to be where your feet are". I have never forgotten that. Too often we think that the perfect life begins when "....". We never take the time to live in the present moment, to "Blossom Where We Are". Perfect Life, nirvana, enlightenment happens right now.....in the magic of a child's laugh, the curiosity of a kitten, the flight of a chickadee, the falling rain, a snowflake, or just a simple cup of coffee or tea. Take the time to experience these little perfections........and just be.......for even just a moment.
